Frances Reed, LMT is a nationally renown transgender health educator and LGBTQIA+ inclusivity consultant. They specialize in teaching courses for holistic providers to become more knowledgeable in cultural competency in order to work with transgender clients as affirmatively and knowledgeably as possible.

Recently, Frances has adapted their years of experience offering professional training to offer a class for "everyday folks" who want to learn more about gender identity and how to support people in their life (family, friends, coworkers, students, etc) who are transgender, non-binary, gender non-conforming or otherwise gender expansive.

Frances owns body-positive holistic wellness center in DC, Freed Bodyworks, that centers the experience of transgender and queer people as well as other marginalized identities. Frances has been specializing in transition-related bodywork for TGNC folks for 8 years and founded HealthyBinding.com to promote healthy binding practices to TGNC people and health providers. They teach hands-on bodywork training for treating clients who bind and/or have had top surgery.
